Hi Michelle,
I'm in the same situation as you are, super slow now...it's coming off, just very slowly. Stick with what you know in your heart is right. You know the rules, and if you don't, search for the rules of the pouch. I pretty much eat what I fix for my family, without the rice, pasta or bread, and much smaller quantities. I snack very little, and DON't DRINK while eating...that's a biggie. Stick around, I think just being here and reading keeps me on track and honest with myself.
