lap band virgin
Hi everyone
my name is James and I am a lap band virgin, well until tomorrow at least, my surgery is scheduled for around 10.00 am Hong Kong time in Cebu Doctors Hospital in the Philippines.
I am 45 and from the UK and I am currently in the Philippines and my surgery is tomorrow, the liquid diet has killed me, all the good food here and I am on clear soup and shakes,
Mind you the fruits and noodles etc after will be great and the sun will help me shine and feel fitter
James

I am home
Woow I am back from surgery, three days and I am shopping, walking and even smiling, and a wacking 20 lbs since the pre op diet already,. god was I a fat guy, thank you for the good wishes,
I can suggest to anyone considering lap bands but put off by the cost to try the Philippines, I got mine in well under £3,000 plus flight so was a very happy man, I am staying at my own place here in cebu for a few weeks before flying back to the Uk and am set for that target of 60 lbs by Christmas,
Thank you all again, I am pleased to be a loser
