Default hi everyone

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself...I'm Lisa...I'm almost at my 1 yr aniv. I have dropped about 175lbs so far and hopeing to find the encouragement and support to lose the next 125lbs. I have kinda hit a plateau and am getting a little down...I know my own fault not having been able to get into a gym until recent. Hope to get to know everyone a lot better. thanks for being here.

Hi, Lisa! I haven't had surgery yet (still waiting for my stress test tomorrow, and then insurance approval), but reading stories like yours make me really anticipate my own success.

Yes, you said you've hit a plateau, but the weight you have already lost is awesome! I think that encouragement from the amazing people on this board will be just the boost you need to get you over the hurdle.

Default Welcome Lisa

Congratulations on your AMAZING weight loss so far! You have done so well. Don't let this stall get to you...it will break and you will start losing again if you follow the rules. Many of us have been frustrated by the scale from time to time. It's tough, but just keep working it and you will begin to drop once again.Best wishes to you on your continuing journey and come back often. You are family now.
