South Georgia Girl is on a distinguished road
Default 10 weeks out from South Georgia

Hi,

I'm South Georgia Girl. I'm 10 weeks out and have lost 25 pounds. Need to get my mind on exercising so I'll lose more. Have not regretted it one bit. Will enjoy sharing stories.

Pam

Feel free to tell a bit about yourself.. its always nice to know a little more about a person than the fact that they had the surgery.

Grats on making it 10 weeks... I am cleared to go back to the gym at 4 weeks.. no way could I make it to week 10 without stepping foot in there! I miss it.

Good luck on the rest of your journey!

Hi Pam, welcome to the forum!! Tell us more about you so we can get to know you like your starting and current weight, etc. You can make a signature line like the rest of us and that is helpful. If you don't know how to do that, PM me and I will give you directions. Stick around, we are a great group to get answers from and support!

Default Welcome!

Yup, exercise is key. As yo feel better, a bit lighter, it will be easier to exercise too! I started about 6 or 7 weeks after surgery.
