Default Another Newbie here

Hi all My name is Becka and I am new here. I satrted my weightloss surgery process April 9, 2007. I was informed it would be a long road to approval. Well after just 3 short months the insurance has approved me and I have a surgery date of July 16, 2007. I am so excited. I am 35 years old, married to the greatest man ever for the past 12 years, we have 3 kids, Ellishawho just turned 11 Jonathon aka...Bubba who will turn 10 in Oct and the Sammy who will be 5 July 11th. My husband is in the Army and has been for a little over 10 years. He has seen 2 tours in Iraq and will be leaving on his 3rd in November. I have found so much support online and I cant wait to get to know you all.

Hi, Becka -- how wonderful that you were approved so quickly! I have just begun the process (had my psych consult last Friday), and I hope it goes quickly, too.

Welcome! This board is a treasure trove of information and support!

Default Welcome!

I do believe there are several military family peeps here on the board. Good luck on your journey, and don't bother stocking up on anything but SF Popsicles!
