Default newbie from San Diego
Hi everyone I'm new to the forum and I just wanted to say hi. This is all new to me and I'm a bit nervous. This is a big step for me and I'm really freaked out about it to. I know a little bit about this surgery because my mom had it about 20 years ago. She's my support and I'm lucky to have her. She was doing great with it to until she started taking hormones that helped put her weight back on. Now that I've chosen to do this she is going to start back with her diet and exercise again. Right now I'm just waiting for insurance approval. I hope it all goes thru ok and I get to have this prcedure soon. Well that's all for me now I hope to meet some of you soon.

Welcome aboard it is a great journey and we are glad to have you. We read all the threads and gained so much info from all these wonderful people on this forum before we had surgery. There is truly a wealth of information here.
