Wink suggestions for food one week after lap band surgery

I don't know what other things to drink other than tea, ensure, boost and broth, etc. Does anyone have any recipes just a little different?

Welcome. I do not have the guidelines for the lapband.. but the liquids that my doc gave me for the approved list are:

Broth, Calorie Free Flavored water, Crystal Light, Decaf Coffee/Tea, Diet Jello, Diet Snapple, Diet Twister, Diet V-8 Splash, Diluted Juice (less than 3/4 cup per day). Fruit20, Ocean Spray Lite Juice, Skim milk, Sugar Free Kool Aid, Sugar Free Popsicles, Water. Protein Shakes.

First, Welcome, it's a bit informal here, but we all do our best, and you can always count on someone to help you around here. Just don't be afriad to ask for it!

Everyone's surgeon is/way different. I was on clear liquids for 2 weeks after surgery. Broth, Crystal Light, popcycles, and shaved ice were my friends. I had my surgery in June of last year, so it was hot, I ate a lot of shaved ice. I'm sorry I wish I had better news, but just keep thinking "Walk, Sip, Rest, Repeat"
