Welcome to the forum Bob! Sounds like you have a great attitude and are ready for action! I'm sure you'll do great! I have no clue about the water/exercise thing. I'm sure John or Gina can answer that. I look forward to reading about your progress. You asked what a revision is....well, for me, they had to do a revision because I developed a kink due to scar tissue 1 week out which caused a bowel obstruction. They had to do a 2nd surgery to "revise" the roux limb..they made it larger so that things will not get hung up in there anymore. Worked great! I haven't had 1 moment of nausea/vomiting/or discomfort since that revision! I pray that continues! Some surgeons don't require the liquid diet. Count your blessings. It was no party. I did it...mostly...but did snap and had a big fat sandwich at one point during the 2 weeks! I'm sure it was "eliminated" with the pre-op bowel prep! Good times!

Default Revision

I had a revision because I was dumping almost everytime I ate along with other "things" I won't go into right now. With mine they removed a section of intestine that was enlarged and acting like a second stomach they also narrowed it back to where it should be and removed a portion of the limb that was also holding food and refluxing back into my pouch. Typical, no I don't think so, I didn't realize that the Elaine from the earlier post had had a revision as well. I wouldn't be concerned about it.
