Default Hy I am new

Hello
My name is Brigitte.I am living just now in Bogotá. My father is german and my mother colombian.
Well, when I was 20, my family and I moved to Germany and Usa. I had always been to ROUND AT THE EDGES, but gained 150 pound in the three years I was not at home.
Coming home I had surgery -3 years ago- and since then I have had ups and downs. I had a stomach surgery not a BRAIN surgery.
I have lost 160 pounds, but last year I gained 15 pounds. I thought I could never go on, but I did with the help of a therapist.
My life has changed and I am planning to write a book with the recipies I like the most, which I will share with you.
In one month I will have my tummy tuck done and are very happy. Best regards for all of you corageous people. Brigitte

Welcome, it's great to have you here, glad you found us. Yes, there's alot of mental issues to deal with along with the physical changes. I am happy to know the therapist helped. Being involved with this forum family is a lot like therapy at times. We can all use some of that from time to time. Congratulations on your weight loss success. But the work goes on. Once again, welcome!
