Default New Newbie Baby!!

hi guys!!! i am so excited to have found this site! it was by accident btw
i have so many questions, comments and concerns. i hope you all will welcome me with open arms. heres a little bit about me...
i just had my lap band surgery in march, 3/12 to be exact. i'm very happy i made the decision to do it! i already feel better and have become more active. i would like to be even more active but one day at time right? i have lost approx 40lbs so far. actually i am about to have my very first adjustment next week. all of a sudden, in the past 2wks, i'm finding it hard to drop weight like i was. i didnt lose anything in those 2wks. i just lost another 5 this week. i hope to talk and share info with as many of you as possible as i would love to have alot of support. i am a private person when it comes to my procedure like i notice some of you are i have not shared my experience with any coworkers and even very close friends. i did tell my immediate family.
so enough said and i hope to hear from you all

Hi and welcome to our little family!! Great job on your loss so far - don't worry about the plateus. They are evil little suckers, but your body just needs to adjust and you will keep losing - do not be discouraged

thanks so much!! i was when the 1st week by and no loss, then when another came and went...wow!! it was a little discouraging because i hardly eat anything!! well i do but of course, much less then i did 2 months ago
i wish i would have took measurements too. i just didnt want to get all obsessive about it. but thats not!!! its just tracking progress

oh!! another question to you guys. how do you get all the info in the bottom of the siggy? is that the right word? you know, the area under your remarks where people put their weight and other info? can someone help me with that
