Everyone loses weight at different speeds. You didnt post your before weight so I have no idea what you started at. It seems the more you weigh, the faster you lose. If you are doing everything you should be.. eating healthy choices and excercising.. then you are losing at the right speed.. which is.. your speed. Good luck with the rest of your journey (and find a bright side.. how many times in your life ahve you lost 80 pounds in 6 months, KNOWING that you will keep it off!)
