OMG You did cause quite a stir - Please learn from it, we are all here to help each other - I am sure if you respect the forum - this too shall pass - Just remember you are talking to alot of women, treat them like you would treat your mother or daughter - I personally did not think it was very tasteful either and I am pretty neutral - so I would be just a little more careful about your humor I think if you are ready for the journey, you will find alot of help here - just make sure you want it for the right reasons - your health and to be here for your family - OK, I will step off my soapbox - Still Welcome and Thanks for sharing your personal story.

Thanks Darlene. I Dont Mean To Sound Like A Bitch , But I Am Losing My Faith In Alot And I Am Having Some Personal Problems And I Dont Know How To Deal With It . I Really Dont Have A Supporting Team Behind Me For This Surgery To Happen For Me. Noone Will Help Me Get Things Into Order For Who Will Be Taking Care Of My Son. His Dad Is A Dead Beat Jerk, And Well There Is No Help There. I Dont Know What To Do . Any Ideas? Please Share Them With Me .

Welcome Josh

Good luck on your pursuit of the surgery.
I tried to speed up the process for approval . . . that sure didn't work! The doctor advised me this isn't a "sprint" and that I had to go though the whole process. He was right . . . especially since he decides when to submit.
Well, however it works out for you I hope you enjoy the process as much as possible. The head game in this process is WAY bigger than the whole weight loss part.

Welcome to the journey!

Darlene is right and I totally understand how you feel - but don't give up - find one spot - pre op is where I started and only concentrate on asking your questions, and reading previous posts - I think you are just all over the place and can't find what you need. Preop is the best place to start - Give them a chance, you will find some answers to your questions - just remember we are all just human beings like you and it is hard to comment on every post - Next start looking at the members pictures - they will give you some inspiration-

Sorry about the HiJack Josh - Hope all is going well with you

I don't know why you feel that way, but I am sorry that you do. Weekends are very slow on the board. In addition, the forum was just restructured to many more subheadings. Personally, I stay in the post op group. I just don't have time to click on each one now. So if your posts have gone unnoticed, it wasn't a reflection on you. Every once in a while I go to the pre op area.
You are young and have a lifetime to enjoy the benefits this surgery has to offer. Read all the old posts and get as much information as you can as it is the best preparation for the surgery.
Welcome.
