Hi, Your chart is in dictation, and that could take from a few days to a few weeks....Mine was in dictation for 2 1/2 weeks, it then went to my insurance for my final approval....They sent it to my insurance on a Tuesday, and on Saturday, 4 days later, I received my approval in the mail....Come the following Monday, I called them, then they scheduled me for surgery that following Monday....It was fast for me with Dr. Callery's office....so be prepared, it could be anytime.....Can't wait to see you on the loosers side.....Darlene

Default New Information!

O.K.! Well I started all this over a year ago! My insurance has changed and is making this whole thing frustrating! So My PCP ( for now) was supposed to send a referal to my new insurance to have a consult! But they never did that! Now My PCP is no longer excepting my insurance! So I have to choose a new PCP. So I'm with Dr. Marshalls( PCP) office untill the end of this mo. I have chosen my new PCP, but can't see her untill, May 1st. And at that point I have to do the medical release, and make an appt. with new PCP Dr. Lucy Moore. I don't know how this will play out!

My current PCP has me on disability for now because my knees are shot! I'm 32yrs old and I have the knees of a 65 YR old! Very bad arthritis in both knees! So I'm not workning for that reason. Will the new PCP be as good as my old one? I guess I want to snap my fingers and get a surgery date already!

Anyhow--- Wondering how the new PCP will be! Is she going to be understanding? Will she keep me on disability, untill after the surgery? Ok tell me if I'm rambling? Sorry! I'm just frustrated!!
