Smile Thank You!!

Thank You all for the encouragement and excellent advice. Okay I have got to stay away from the "white food stuff", gotcha ya!! Are all fruits and veggies good? I know to stay away from the heavy syrup canned fruits. What else should I avoid? My pre-op is April 26th, so I'm sure they'll give me my do's and don't's leading up to surgery. Thank you, thank you, thank you all!!

The sipping has been difficult, but I'm getting used to it. I have already started taking my vitamins getting a head start. Any comments and advice is welcomed.
Hi there and a big congrats on getting your approval and date! it is right around the corner. You'll do great.

Now see, I disagree.....I say just keep putting healthier stuff in front of it. Then in a few years if you clean them out to move....you'll get more exercise cause they all turned into bricks.....builds muscles as you clean and carry them to the garbage. Well, that's truly what I was doing earlier today!

Congratulations on your date. Mine was just last week with Dr Callery. I had a great experience....so far. Little pain, only took pain meds acouple of days, walking totally didn't bother me. Actually tomorrow it will be 1 week and I'm already back to walking 1 mile daily. It's odd that I am not the least bite hungry and how much energy I have (in relation to the calories in).
