I think you will find in taking some time to read past post's on here alot of valuable information.

Hi
thank you so much for writing me,you are so right about the kids motivating,anyway im five six 269lbs right now with a bmi of i think like 41,def need more energy for the kids,and would sure like to be around when there all grown up,time for some fun now im going to hide easter eggs before kids wake,clipper

Clipper, if you are responding to a certain thing someone says in a post, click on the "QUOTE" button on the right bottom of that persons post and it will put what they said in a gray box above what you want to type like this post is. Just thought this would help you some.
