Yes, we are at Dyess. It is an okay place but I am ready to move. The people are so nice her ebut there is just not enough to do here for my family. I get the itch to move around this time for every duty station. haha . The state names are on base and the are still there-that housing is all being torn down and replaced with soem pretty kickbutt new houses. We bought a house when we got here--I really felt the need to be removed the base a bit. I am hoping we can at soem point get an assignment to Florida or Hawaii or soem other equally beachy place! haha Thank you for the welcome!

Thank you all for the warm welcome!

I had my consult today. My surgeon appears to be very optimistic that I will get approved for the surgery. I have to do three pretty minor things to have the surgery with this surgeon but other than that we are only waiting on the insurance to give us an answer. He said they usually take two to three weeks to respond. Because I have a hysterectomy scheduled at the end of May we are going to push through the paperwork etc... as fast as possible. It will be better to have to go under anesthesia only once. With any luck I will actually get my surgery done on May 23rd. If I cannot complete the things I need to complete before then I will move my hysterectomy date and suffer a little longer in that department. We shall see what happens--I am in the "If it is meant to be then it will be!" stage right now!
