I am having lap-RNY on 9 May 2007 in Norfolk Virginia. I live on the Outerbanks of North Carolina and I am so ready to begin this journey. I look forward to getting to know everyone one here and also I am thankful for all of the support that I know from reading the posts that I will receive. Thanks for being here!

Hi Tammy, welcome! I used to live in Jacksonville, NC. I love North Carolina....it's beautiful! We may wind up retiring there one day. All my family lives in VA, which isn't too bad a drive from NC.

Anyways, good luck in your journey! My surgery is April 12th. I'm so excited!
