Welcome.

I like your thoughts re: your goal. My goal is also to just be healthy and lose my co-morbidities. Zeroing in on a specific weight gives you something to shoot for but can drive you crazy .... I have found just sticking to the rules gets you adequate results .. no good comes from freaking out over daily weigh ins. I am 6'3" with a large frame and I am hoping to hit 215, but at 231 this morning I am feeling really good about it all. I have lost a ton of weight and many inches, so I feel successful already.

Default Pre Op testing completed

I had my pre op testing completed yesterday 3/8/2007. Blood work, chest x-ray and an EKG. I meet with my surgeon again this coming Monday 3/12/2007 to have my History and Physical done. Surgery date is still 4/3/2007 Thak You for all of your help.
