Everyone loses at their own rate - unless you're eating crazy and not exercising, it'll happen. I'm at 8 months and have only lost 72 pounds - so you are ahead of me and I'm doing great, honestly.

But you have to nip this sugar thing in the bud. You don't want to go back there - you know where that road leads. Substitute and if you can't stay away, get some help! You don't want to undo your wonderfulness.

And there are always plateus - always. That is the rule.

Also, yogurt, if you can tolerate dairy. Do a light version with low fat and low sugar content and no chunks of fruit yet. It's a little protein too, and it always went down good for me.

And keep on drinking fluids too.
