Eric - go to user cp, at the top left hand side of the board - that's where you'll post your avatar picture, your sig, etc. And welcome to the board!

Default Welcome!

Welcome great to hear from you. Glad you are doing so incredibly well.

I want to dive, but I'm not so great a swimmer.

Thumbs up

Eric, That is fantastic. Now when you go diving those tanks and weights won't feel so heavy. I too love to dive. Most of it in fresh water. Lake Ontario and the Thousand Islands. Couple weeks on Hawaii and a few around the Virgin Islands but that is it.

Congratulations

Congrats on losing a small person. I remember when I lost 50 pounds I went to the store and picked up 5 ten pound bags of potatoes and sugar to see how much weight I have dropped. This tool is a blessing. Keep working your tool.

Just remember one thing you dont have to know how to be a good swimmer to dive you just have to know how to sink. It is great fun and I really enjoy it it relaxes me and gets me away from the rat race. were else can you go and be with Giant Manta Rays, Dolphins, and Turtles in their world. It's sorta like going to the zoo and becomeing part of the show. If you are interested send me an Email and I'll send you some cool sites to visit. If you do it once you'll be hooked for life ( it's not my fault ) hope to here from ya
