Default Welcome

I am so happy to see how successful you have been and happy you joined the forum. I know Dr C would be happy to know that you have maintained your weight. It gives me hope and you inspire me. I have been doing so badly lately and need to get back on the band wagon.

Hey, welcome to the board! Congrats on your weight loss and maintenance. I am still learning how to balance it all. It is such an ongoing process for me. I am just curious about things like after the first few years, does the maintenance get harder or easier? Have you stopped thinking of yourself as a fat chick inside? Do you have an actual system for determining moderation with your eating? Have you exercised along the way? How often do you weigh now? I'd just love to hear how your mind has worked and what tips and tricks have helped you maintain the way you have.
