That's kind of what I do now. Physically, I have no issue with hunger. I eat because it's time or I want to....rarely do I actually get to a hunger feeling. I just weigh daily and try and adjust....so far I am ok.....so will keep doing that unless it stops working.

I dont think about food like I use to. I forget to eat. I am reminded often that I need to eat something. I typically wont even think about food until I get hunger pains.

Welcome! Nice to hear a long-term success story! You forget to eat? What? I don't think that's ever happened to me! I eat 3 meals and a snack every day! On schedule. I blame my Optisource vitamins! You have to take them with food...4 times daily! Well, it's great to meet you and I look forward to reading all about you!
