Hey! I live in Kingwood. We passed through Katy last week on the way back from San Marcos.
I'm still in the dreaded pre-op portion of my journey. Denied once, being appealed as we speak, and in the meantime, I'm doing the 6 month diet insurance requirement.
Who may I ask was your surgeon? How was your experience?

Hey Kingwood! Dr. Adam Naaman did my surgery at Memorial City Hospital. I went to his seminar end of May and had surgery Mon. Everyone at his office is wonderful, they walk you through everything. I was told I had one of the toughest insurance plans, but was approved on the first try. I had to go through the 3 month Dr. supervised regimen then was approved.
So far, so good. I'm looking forward to asking questions and learning.
Good luck.

Thanks for the warm welcome, it feels good. Well, I go to my 1 week checkup tomorrow. So far everything has gone fine this week. I'll just be happy to have the tube removed. I am looking forward to something else to eat, but I'm nervous about that part. So far everything has gone down very well, no problem. But where else can broth, water and crystal lite go?
