I am from the Upper Peninsula in a town called Iron Mountain, ever heard of it? Have you had surgery yet? I have to wait til March, it seems like forever. I am excited and scared at the sametime. I am worried about the eating and getting sick if I eat too much or the wrong thing. Old habbits are hard to break but all I can do is try and learn from mistakes right. I just want to wear normal cute clothes and not be exhausted all the time. I would like to loose around 100 lbs. How about you

It is so amazing you have lost 137 pounds already, I hope mine comes off that fast. I have about 100 to loose. Do you have a lot of excess skin and will you have to have surgery to tighten up? I am hoping I won't have to.

Welcome to the board......there is much to learn from these wise folks. Your concerns are things that most of us dealt with and worked through. This is a lifestyle change, but you'll figure it out. Even though we share some things, it seems we all have to find our own tricks, tips, and triggers to help us succeed.
