Smile Newbie Alert!!!!

Hello everyone,
I have been reading and researching for a few months now on here and have found everything I need from all of your exsperiences. I would for one just like to thank you all for sharing.
Now to intorduce myself. My name is Jaime and I am in Pennsylvania. I had my open bypass done on July 3rd. I was in ICU for 3 days due to my oxygen levels not being where the doc wanted them when I came out of surgery. I went home 5 days later. When I went back the following week for a check up I had amazingly lost 14 pounds. Then on the 4rth of August I went back and lost another 20 pounds. I took your advice and totally stayed away from the scale from the first weigh in and the doc's to the second weigh in. Now my next appt is not until Oct. I do not for see me being able to wait that long to weigh myslef, but I am holding off at least until the 1/2 way mark until the appt before I even buy a scale. I have not had to many problems thank the good lord above, but lately a few issues have popped up. I returned to work on the 7th and get this, I am a food service manager of all things. I work in a real busy store so it is hard at times to be able to catch something to eat. I am having to train everyone there that I have to take the time to eat that I can't and won't eat my lunch in like 10 minutes and they will have to live without me and figure things out for thereselves.
Well I guess that is my intorduction, once again for all of you!!!!!
GOD BLESS!!!!!!!!!

Thanks everyone!!! Oh heck yeah I feel a difference!!! The other day a friend of mine called me and asked me to go on the computer for her and my computer is upstairs. Usually by the time I got up here I was huffing a puffing. Well I got up here and booted my computer my friend is on the phone with me and she asked if I was up here yet and I said yes and allready on line she paused for a minute and said okay wheres all the heavy breathing. HA HA I didn't even notice that I didn't loose my breath.
