Default Insurance after WLS?

How easy is it to get insurance after WLS? My husband and I are self employed and when our HMO was up in May of this year our broker called to shop around for us because our premium had went up $60.00 a month. I told him I was not looking because I was doing the WLS thing. So I am thinking he may call again in may 2010. Oh and we do a group thru my husbands business so don't they have to approve the whole group anyway?

Default

actually as you lose weight it will be easier to get insurance. Of course getting older every year hurts you (if you break into a new older age bracket.

Depending on what your renewal comes in at, it never hurts to have the broker shop around for you... that's what they are there for (and I speak as a former broker. )
