Default 6 month diet and approval before finished
Has anyone submitted there paper work to the insurance before they completed there 6 month diet? I have completed all the other requirements but I finish my diet on Dec 10th.

My surgeon's office is supposed to have my paperwork submitted today (Tricare) but I'm not seeing where they've done it yet. Grrr. I've only had 5 visits so far and in the 5th visit they told me to put down the date for my 6th and final visit which is Nov. 5th. I'm hoping they'll process without that 6th visit. we'll see! ~ Chris
