Question Health Net Insurance question
So I am a "NEWBIE" and have a question about insurance. I have health net HMO with the medical group Vantage. I was wondering if I am supposed to go by health nets requirements for surgery or the medical groups?? Thanks

You have to go by Health Net's requirements if you want them to pay for your surgery. However, your surgeon may have additional requirements beyond what your insurance company requires that you will have to meet if you want him or her to do the operation.
