Anyone in Az Dealt with AZFMC??
Hey I am in Az and I have insurance through Arizona Foundation for Medical Care. I am looking at having the surgery through Banner Hospital and they are contracted through AZFMC but I was wondering if anyone has dealt with them  . I want to start the process to becoming a happier, healthier me but and just really nervous  about starting the process. Any info would be appreciated  . Thanks so much!
