I am scheduled for my consultation with Dr. Nohr in June and am starting to look into how the whole Insurance thing works.

Are there any Albertans/Canadians here who could give me some advice on how to go about finding out?

Surgery is covered Dr Nohr will give you info on what needs to be paid for. And could you send it back to me LOL lost my head for a while. I know there are Drs notes and such that you pay for but that is about it. I know people have gone on short term disability durring this time too but you deal with your individual insurance company for that like you would with any surgery!
