Default Lap Band - North Carolina Medicaid
Can anyone give me info on getting the Lap Band Procedure done in North Carolina with Medicaid. I believe it is covered, but I am not sure what the procedure is. I have asked my doctor but he does not know.
Any advice is appreciated. By the way I am in Raleigh if that helps.

Does your doctor's office have a person that is in charge of billing insurance? That person should know.

I have Ohio Medicaid and they paid for my surgery. I guess you could also call Medicaid and ask them.
