Default United Healthcare and other paper work

I have my PCP and nutritionist papers done..Is the psychiatric papers necessary? My nutritionist said before she returned the paper to me, my insurance wanted to make sure she did everything right before she gave it back to me...Is that a future sign my insurance (which is United) looks like will approve me? Does anybody else who have United been approved?

Thank you

I think the psych eval is a must regardless of your insurance provider.
