Default My current weight

illylaroo;416385]Hey FF - What's your current loss so far? I noticed your current weight showing is from 2/2/09. Care to share any update?

I dont mind sharing at all I ast weighed in on the 24th of March and I was at 183..now yes that is up 6 pounds but I have been working out with a trainer 4 days a week and doing cardio on my own 2 additional days so he said my weight probably went up from muscle since I follow my food plan to a T. Now I have lost in the past 4 weeks 1 1\2 inches from my hips and 1 1\2 inches from my waist and 1 inch from my bust so I know it's working. My size 10's also fit alot better. I will weigh in again on April 24th. Im tempted to cheat and get on the scale but I have been god and have not done it. I use to weigh everyday. I was a junkie still am but i dont want to get frustrated. The workouts we do are intense. 50 sqats holding 30 pound weights and jumping up on the platform. doing 50 pull bars. jumping jacks for 30 seconds and drop down in the plank position and do 30 seconds of sissors and back up to the jumping jacks all for 4 minutes staight. As you can see it is an intense hour but I really feel like this is what I need to get me to the finish line. If yall have any questions on anything let me know im always open to share.

I have made up my mind, whatever it takes to get this weight off that is what I am going to do. I went to kickboxing class last night and I got sooo tired so fast. I hanged in there but it was tough. I am determined now that it is going to take dedication and support to get through all of this. Thanks everyone for listening to me, I needed to get that out.

Anytime you need to get it out do so! Keep at it trust me with or without the surgery excersise does get easier the longer you do it. I have been on both sides of the fence.

Honey, you are so right! They say the first 15 minutes of any exercise is the hardest!~ I've been going to the gym for more than a year now, and it's STILL TRUE!

The magic bullet is a handheld blinder and yes it works great. Its a lot nicer then the big blenders because you can whip up a shake at a time and store it with a cap in the fridge. its comes with different size containers. Its hard to explain so go here and check it out.

You must be careful however if your mixing with Milk. We aren't supposed to have to much foam and it can foam up. If it does let it set in the fridge for a while before you drink it. Its perfect for the ones you mix with water. You can get one at Walmart for like $20.00 or most department stores. It had its own infomercial for a long time. Those of you who thought it was something perverted get your minds out of the gutter RTOTFLMAO
