I'm not exactly certain about a binding garment but I would imagine it keeps your tummy tight for when you cough, vomit, or sneeze. When my mom had her hysterectomy, they gave her a small pillow to press against her belly when she had to move or cough or whatever, to help support the super sore ab muscles.

Oh, I forgot to tell you girls, I missed my last 'emotional eating group' so now I have to go to a personal follow up with the psych on the 17th. *sigh* Whatever. Just gotta get it done!

Tina at least they are not having you to start back over. So its a good thing talking with the psych, they just want to make sure you're still sane (lol)!!
