HunneyBee - welcome to the thread. A couple things. I have been just where you are for most of my six months. All totaled with fluctuation, I've only officially lost one pound of the 12.5 I am required to lose before I can even seek approval. The key is exercise. Deliberate, structured exercise. I've made the same justifications before, (ie worked up a sweat at work, walked a little here and there, whatever) but that isn't purposeful heart-rate increasing exercise which is the only thing that will kick start your body into weight loss. You have got to do something, whether it be brisk (fast) walking EVERY DAY (start with 3-4 times per week, and work up to every day), or a video (rent some to see what you like) 3x per week, or swimming (for exercise, not for fun!). I promise that I have done the same thing you have - "I'm eating really well, but I just can't lose weight..." everyone told me that I needed to exercise and I insisted that I sorta was... Well, it hasn't been until I quit fibbing to myself and them that I actually started to lose. Two weeks ago I was at the gym 5 days in a row, burning around 400 calories each time, plus eating pretty well, and I lost nearly five pounds. So, it can be done. There are even free exercise vids on youtube, or there used to be. Good luck, and keep us posted!

Tina I did put it in GODS hand and made that call this morning. I must tell you that I was a BIG girl this morning and made the call first thing!!!! AND Viola!!!! I heard those wonderful words in my ears (3xs) APPROVED!!!!!!! Thanks for all your support TINA! You have truly been a MOTIVATOR for me and also others on this board. Now when you go back out of the country do not forget about little ol' me because the next time you go I will be SKINNY MINNY!!!!
