Holly crap, does this guy wear a black mask, and carry a sword?

What the hell does this fee get you (besides a consult), does the insurance company look at this as a form of extortion??

MONEY IN THE BANK TO DATE......$3920
This is the running amount of money saved by not having to spend so much eating out. Number based on spending $20 a day on food. And that very conservative!!!

Hi Ada. Dr. Faulkenberry is my surgeon for my gastric bypass. I can't believe how steep that doctor charges. When I first saw Dr. Faulkenberry he didn't take BCBS. He was out of network but still I only paid around $300 to see him and $100 to see the dietician. But now, with god's help, they are provider for Empire BCBS. Can you call BCBS and ask who is a surgeon that is in-network or out-of-network. At first, I didn't think that my insurance wasn't going to pay. So, for the gastric bypass would of cost me around $20,000. I even seriously considered borrowing the money thru some medical loan co. But the payment was like a car payment for 6 years. So, I gave up. I cried for days. But I just kept praying and praying. My prayers were answered.

I really hope that your insurance pays for your surgery. I will keep you in my prayers Ada. Drop me a line if you have any questions or if you just want to talk.

Take care.

Are you all sitting? I paid 6500 to my docter for his program fee. Well worth it for me though. I see him often and there is never a charge and he has a walk in policy and I have his private cell phone number. I didn't have to pay it though until after the insurance approved my surgery.
Good luck Kathy
