Blue Cross PPO
I had Blue Cross PPO, I had a $3000 out of pocket ($1800 of it went to yur dad  ) I borrowed that money from my mom and slowly paid on the rest. When I had my reconstructive surgery 9 months later, my cost was less than $60.
