Purple Propel rocks, you know honestly i hate drinking tap water so when i bought a pur filter it helped me overcome drinking water and need to replace the cartridges but it gives you very good clean water...

Im drinking tons of water and propel im getting in shape now ...... My Dr. says i cant go for a run yet but i can swim .......

Rite now im at 302 and pre-surgery i was 338 so im on a ball for now

It has been a week and 4 days since my surgery !! Im feeling good I have no need for my 750mg of hydrocodone but I am informed to take my nexium.

hey, jw, what insurance plan did ur mom have, i'm looking at insurance to buy so i want to know other options. Thx and congrats. I hope to be losing just as much eventually. :-)

Oh man.... uh i think she has PPO Blue Cross Blue Shield pretty nifty insurance. I dont think she bought it though it came with her job. (Military postal service)
And she has also had gastric bypass about 1 1/2 years ago. Now im looking to get vision correction.

I'm proud and theres nothing wrong joining the marines. I at one point considered it as all men do. Btw, I can help you with any questions when it comes to lasik. I had it done about a year ago. Best birthday gift eva!
