Default PPO (ugh) Need Doc Recommend

I need a doc recommendation in the North County. After my recent string of car accidents I'm not looking to travel very far. As in I live in Oceanside. My comfort zone is:

Mission Ave exit off of I-5 to the North.
No further than Del Mar Heights to the South.
Pacific Ocean on the West
And 1-15 to the East. (This is really, really pushing it)

I need a doctor recommendation in the North Co. I have been switched to a PPO and Im not rly comfortable with that because I don't like to part with any more of my money than necessary.

To me the whole "pick your own doc" crap is over rated. But since I have that flexibility and my ins is going to cost me more outta pocket I may as well give it a shot.

Your current PCP isn't in your new network? I HATE changing docs..hate, hate! I'd recommend mine, but I think you've been there, done that...

OH crud! Well, Mine is Teresa Bartolome at Sharp Mission Park, the Cedar offices over by Tri-City Hospital. She is a sweet heart. I don't know if she's accepting new patients...but she's easy to talk to and very thorough.

I live in Temecula and travel to Escondido for my doc, Hes great. Hes part of Greybill Medical Group and his name is David Borecky. I dont recommened anyone else in the office as I have seen 4 other docs there, want impressed by any. But have been really happy with him and his nurse (who is also male). But they have supported me in my whole WLS thing fact he was the one who put this idea of even having WLS into my head.
