Where's your favorite spot?

My Answer:
From Waimanalo to Hawaii Kai and back again. It sweeps me up and takes my breath away EVERYTIME! It is so beautiful and serene. It's like my therapy. Free if you don't count the gas!!

First place I love is North Shore than I would have to agree with the Waimanalo to Hawaii Kai. since I live in Hawaii Kai. I love the ocean and how blue and beautiful it is when you look at it as you drive along the edge. MMMMMMMMM that is our beautiful island.

I am very upset because the more it try to lose my pre-op 10 pds I can't. I need help!!!! I have gone through all the hoops and I am almost there but I can't seem to lose the 10 pds. This situation has become frustating for me since I have been at this for 8mos and everyone is waiting on me. There are times when I get upset at myself and get down on myself. I as soooo sick of the struggle. Please Help me

I was wondering if we could start our own support group here on the island. We could meet once or twice a month depending if our schedules permits and support one and other. I know I can sure use the support right about now. We are on a different time zone than the rest of the world so if we wanted we could even meet in the chat room at a certain time that everyone agrees on.
