    My gym routine usually consists of 60 min treadmill, 30 elliptical trainer, 30 bike for a total of 2 hours. On days I dont feel so motivated I will do 20,20,20 for total of 1 hour. I just have to go so i keep my routine. I try to switch things up as well like swimming sometimes.

    Yes, I love going to the gym. I started in Jan 08 going on a regular schedule and I miss it when I dont make it. I love the way it makes me feel after a good workout. I have worked my way up to 2 hour workouts now.

    Whew, I joined the team. Was feeling so lazy today but still pushed and did a 45 minute walk. Love walking outside in the beauty of nature!

    I have always struggled to regularly do exercise even though I know how important it is to my long term success. So today I'm recommited and rejoined the gym. I so much want to be successful in this area of my recovery from morbid obesity.

    Proud to announce that I am swimming 1 miles a day. I think I found what I needed. DH and I do this together. It gives us quality time and keeps me motivated.

    Hello All from London... I am now addicted to the gym, something that I thought that would never happen! Now go 6-7 days a week and just love it.. Love the sessions with my personal trainer and it is such an investment for the future!

    I miss the gym right now. I blew my back out and can't go. I am doing some exercises given to me by my physical therapist. Can't wait to hit the elliptical again!!
