This is a group for those of us that feel compelled against all logical reason to weigh ourselves daily or more.. those us of looking for support in NOT getting on the scale and willing to challenge each other into staying off of it for a set period of time.

It can also be for anyone looking for support in giving up any other of their bad habits, like a particular food or behavior while having a bit of fun along the way :)
