Oh thanks Robin. I'm afraid I'm not bouncing back from this one any too quickly. Eeesh, its knocked the spunk right out of me!! Me thinks it was one too many surgeries in too short of a period of time. Just glad it is over with. I'm still in pain but at least I know it is incisional and it should be getting better every day. I'm still up 2 pounds from the fluid gain but hey, I'm not sweatin' it. I'm still sitting lower than my doc EVER thought I would get. Man...I love rubbin' that one in to the PA who never thought I would see less than 155!! hehehe....gotta give him a hard time, he deserves it!

GET WELL WISHES!!! Hope you're recovering nicely from your recent operation...the demise of the nasty gallbladder. I bet you'll be below goal when you've fully recovered. WOO HOOOO!!!!!!

Welcome, Ready. Yep, I have no problems with the spicy foods. Actually I seem to crave them. I do know though that there are some doctors who encourage you to avoid them for the first couple of months due to the possibility of irritating your healing pouch. Now mine, did care at all.
