I personally wouldn't seek to make sure I was getting my carbs because I think they can be found often secondarily in things I am eating for their other values (hummus-bans/protein; fruits; etc).

I already know you will help me-is that taking you for granted-so thank you ahead of you helping me.
I have been following your blog with interest and amusement. You sound so happy.I have noticed how you discuss food/diet so much less now.It is getting so much easier isn't it-well the weight loss is but the ticker isn't.If I work out the ticker I might get around to pictures!!
Have a really good day.I noticed that another member said you have a good heart or something similar.Isn't it of interest that one can tell that about a virtual stranger by just the words they write.I would have to agree with her.Wealth, and social status doesn't factor into something like that. One either has a good heart or doesn't.You have the good heart.

The ticker is easy. Create it on Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy...
Then you just right click and save it to your desktop. After that you go into your profile and upload the image as a signature pic. The next time you have a weight loss, just update the ticker, right click and save it and overwrite the previous one. Easy!

And you're right, I am very happy. But I am a naturally cheerful person. I am not without problems...far from it. I merely see them as new opportunities. My dad always told me, when life gives you a pile of shit, start looking for the pony.

No food isnt my focus anymore. Im still losing tho. I have been traveling a lot and havent had too much time for the dietary detail.

And thank you for the kind compliment. I am undeserving of such. I have many negative personality traits. Im a horrible type A personality. Workaholic. I have to be in command and control. Im horribly overconfident, and believe I can do anything. Intolerant of incompetence. Impatient. Foul mouthed. My feet stink. I belive women all love me (even the yourg ones) and all fish fear me.

Oh ... and sometimes I dont wear underwear.
