Hi. I had my sleeve done on april 8th and I have already lost 40 lbs. I have read several post about people wondering about cost. Mine cost$16,000 and i had it done at the Roller Weight Loss Institute in Springdale Arkansas. My VSG was $13,500 and was an "all in" self pay, cash up front, price. No insurance or financing. Only adders were the Nut and the Psych, which was under $500.
