Default Staples vs stiches
Has anyone had stiches rather than staples. I had staples the first time and had a plastic surgeon remove that ugly scar. I am going to have a revision and would like to know if anybody like myself have requested that I have stiches.

With the sleeve, the remaining stomach is generally closed with titanium staples. They do not react with an MRI (I had an MRI for an unrelated problem three months after my sleeve surgery).
