vsg and calcium

Hello,
I have a question for Tropigal knowing that you are the furthest out on here with the vsg. What kind of calcium do you take? I have been thinking about changing from the chewable to a regular calcium pill but I'm not sure if it's allowed. If you have any info. on this subject could you please let me know? Thank you. Lisa
