Wink

Congratulations. I don't know about Balboa, but I can tell you from my experience with My Surgeon. My Surgeon was VERY nice, he didn't do a physical exam exactly, we just talked a little about my weight (of course they took my height and weight to get my BMI). How long I have been overweight, what do I feel started the spiral of weight gain for me. What have I done to try to diet. He checked me (my belly) and informed me that I had centralized obesesity and explained what that was and the health risks assosciated with my type of obeseity. He asked me what type of WLS I was looking for and I said Lap-Band. I explained all of the research I had done on WLS so he felt there was no need to go over the other options as I was pretty well set in what I wanted.

All in all it was a good visit, he was very nice and willing to answer any questions I had at that time. I also met with the Nutritionist on that day as well and that too was a good experience.

Good luck, you will do great!!!
