Default Exercising

I started working out at the YMCA it has been fun.Mainly ,i was too sick to do anything, on 24 hour oxygen etc..Until July came around and i went off of the oxygen.Today it has been 7 or 8 days working out.I have lost 5lbs and getting my muscles back.I started at less than 1/2 hour now i am over 1/2 hour.I can walk better and stand longer. One thing ,i get headaches and if i push too hard dizzy(a little).also i am watching what i eat.Peace.JERRY

Jerry ,
make sure your headaches & dizziness isnt down to de-hydration , when u work out and sweat remember to replace the fluid .
Take a bottle of water with u !
I carry a sports bottle everywhere with me
