i am more than two years out. i was wondering if anyone else experienced migraines, sinus pain and jaw pain after eating. i've been having migraines and etc. for months and think it may be connected to my food intake. i'm fine when i first wake up but as soon as i consume anything, i start getting a headache. by the end of the day, i am in severe pain. i thought it was being caused by something else and only just now beginning to explore the option that it may be connected to food.

I have an established migraine link to NUTRASWEET and also MSG.

I am amazed to report that (for me) Splenda is ok.

haHA!!!! I told my DBF/DH that MSG & Nutrasweet could be the cause of his migranes, but being a man, he doesn't LISTEN!!!

I did...right after my surgery. Every time I ate I had a bad headache. Matter of fact, I was eating a lot of artificial sweeteners right after surgery. Hmmmm. Have you asked your doc?
